Your referral simply needs to include your name on their Tricoast registration card when they first visit one of our communities.
Step 3: They Purchase & Close
When your referred friend or family member closes on their new Tricoast home, the referral is complete.
Step 4: Receive Your Reward
After closing, you’ll receive a $500 Visa gift card as a thank-you for sharing the Tricoast experience.
