    Sales Counselor
    Join a Team That Builds More Than Homes

    Tricoast Homes is seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Counselors to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, relationship building, and helping families achieve homeownership, we want to hear from you.

    As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for generating traffic, guiding buyers through the home-buying journey, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from first visit through closing and beyond. This role requires strong sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with homebuyers, Realtors®, lenders, and internal teams.

    What You'll Do

    Drive Sales Success

    • Generate new leads through networking, Realtor outreach, community engagement, and marketing initiatives.
    • Convert prospects into homeowners through effective sales presentations and follow-up.
    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

    Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

    • Guide buyers through the entire home-buying process from contract to closing.
    • Build strong relationships with buyers, Realtors®, lenders, and internal departments.
    • Ensure timely communication and a seamless transaction experience.

    Maintain Community Excellence

    • Keep model homes, sales office, signage, and marketing materials current and professional.
    • Organize and maintain required sales documentation and records.
    • Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and sales events

    Coordinate the Closing Process

    • Monitor loan progress and assist in resolving issues that could impact closing timelines.
    • Support construction and customer care teams to ensure a positive homeowner experience.
    • Work closely with preferred lenders and title partners to ensure buyers remain on track for closing. 

    Qualifications

    Required

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
    • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Ability to work weekends.

    Preferred

    • College degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • Active Texas Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one if required).
    • New Home sales experience
